I have finished quilting the linen quilt and am blocking it. I soaked it in the tub to remove all the blue pen and then laid it out on the table to dry.
I really like the gold thread with the yellow background fabric.
It is a small linen – perfect for a small table topper or wall hanging. I have not decided what to do with it yet.
I LOVE the progress I am making on the linen quilt. I have collected about 12 other linens – now just the time to work on them.
I made this diaper bag for a friend who’s daughter is soon to have a little girl. I really like the combination of the purple and grey. I added a small zippered bag – perfect for keys and a phone. “Grandma” wanted to have a matching changing pad. I think it ended up really cute.
I really do love how this looks in the dining room (despite the ink spots). Maybe the more it gets washed the more ink will come out.
Another linen quilt is on the long arm. I am stitching it with a pale yellow thread. I am having a blast!
