I know it looks like I have forgotten how to blog, but I am busy preparing for the Pensacola Quilters Guild Show that is happening in just a few weeks. I will hopefully have 2 quilts entered that I made and another 4 that I quilted. I am also doing overtime at work – so not a lot of time to blog.

After the show, I will have lots and lots of pictures.

I am having so much fun working on a spontaneous piecing design. I have had a few pieces of rusted fabric set aside for at least a year and have been too nervous to cut into them. I decided to leave the rusted pieces mainly intact and do some fun piecing around them. It will be a slow process – no rushing on this.

I absolutely love the quilting on this quilt. I can not show you the front as it is someone’s show quilt. It is not huge quilt but it took a lot more time than I figured – the ruler work and all the starts and stops slowed me down – but so worth it.

I know the number of pictures is somewhat ridiculous – but the texture was so nice, I could not stop.

I squeezed in a customer quilt after my trip to Indy before Christmas. I tried to keep the quilting open – really happy how it turned out.

I took this picture outside which made the quilting show up really well.

The Linen quilt is finally done and I love it. I gave it to my Mom as a Christmas gift. I have so many other linens to work on – I just keep buying them.

The back looks so pretty.
