Several months ago I did a blog post on suggestions for quilting a vintage quilt. Mom sent me a picture of her quilt and I developed these quilting ideas for her. She was planning on quilting this one on her long-arm but ended up sending the quilt for me to do.
This is a picture of some of the ideas I came up with.
Of course, I had to change up the ideas that I sent to her – I ended up using 5 different designs and created a medallion effect.
